Broccoli-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers
    1 small box Velveeta cheese
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Cut broccoli from stalk; cook until tender in a small amount of water.
    Melt oleo; add crushed Ritz crackers.
    Sprinkle half of cracker mixture over bottom of baking dish.
    Layer cooked broccoli on top of crackers.
    Completely cover broccoli with sliced Velveeta cheese.
    Top this with remaining cracker crumbs.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until heated thoroughly.
    Serve hot.
