Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 pt. raw cranberries, chopped, or 1 can whole cranberries
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    orange (if you like)
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O
    in 1 cup hot water.
    Add sugar (I only use 1/2
    cup
    sugar
    if canned cranberries are used) and cranberries. Add nuts and pineapple.
