Chicken Breasts With Tarragon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, boned and halved
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped shallots or onion
    1/4 c. dry white Bordeaux wine
    1 tsp. freshly chopped tarragon or 1/2 tsp. dried
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Skin the chicken breasts.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dredge with the flour.
    Reserve remaining flour.
