Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Mix together first 5 ingredients, then add sugar, oil and eggs; mix well.
Blend in carrots, pineapple and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake approximately 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let cool before frosting.
