Warsaw Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck steak, cubed
    6 c. water
    5 c. cooked and diced beets
    1 c. diced celery
    1 minced onion
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook meat in a large saucepan in 6 cups water about 2 hours. Add beets, celery and onion.
    Cook another 30 minutes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Blend sour cream, flour and egg.
    Stir into soup.
    Do not boil.
