Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 Tbsp. grease from sausage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. regular rice
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage; saute celery, green pepper and onion in grease.
    Add soup, rice, milk and salt.
    Bake in 1 1/2-quart casserole at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes (until rice is done).
    Stir twice during baking.
    Add topping of oleo and bread crumbs and continue baking until brown.
