Hamburger Biscuit Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 envelope biscuit mix
    1/2 c. water
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. dry Lipton onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and chopped onion; salt lightly.
    Remove from heat and add shredded cheese and parsley.
    Stir in mayonnaise.
    Add water to envelope of biscuit mix.
    Knead lightly. Divide in half.
    Roll out two 8-inch circles.
    Place one in 8-inch casserole round dish and cover with beef and cheese mixture. Top with second circle of biscuit mix.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for a half hour, or until browned and done.
    Cut into wedges.
    Serve with mushroom soup sauce.
