Ingredients
    8 breasts or 4 breasts and 4 legs
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 soup can cooking sherry
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. pimento
Preparation
    Pour over poultry.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 4 hours.
    Remove poultry to serving platter.
    Sauce remaining makes great gravy for mashed potatoes.
