Dion'S Greek Dressing(Miscellaneous) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup premium Olive Oil
    3/4 cup Regina wine vinegar
    1 egg yolk or egg substitute
    juice of 1/2 lemon (no seeds)
    1 tsp salt
    1 clove garlic, freshly pressed
    3 pinches of Greek oregano
    1 dash of black pepper
    2 smidgens of basil
Preparation
    Put everything except the olive oil into a blender.
    Turn blender on medium speed.
    Slowly add the oil until it is mixed completely.
