Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped onions (2 large)
    2 c. chopped ripe tomatoes (3 medium), peeled and seeded
    2 c. chopped cucumber
    2 c. corn, cut from cob
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix chopped vegetables together in a large saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, uncovered.
    Put into containers; seal.
    Makes about 1 quart.
