Scalloped Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. bread chunks
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1/4 c. onions, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 to 3 c. tomatoes, cut into chunks
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. fresh basil or 1/2 tsp. dried basil
grating of fresh nutmeg
Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Combine all but Parmesan cheese in a baking pan.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
