Passover Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. potato starch
    1/2 c. matzo cake meal
    7 Tbsp. cocoa
    hot water
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 9-inch pan or mini cupcake tin (48 count).
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In bowl, beat together butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time.
    Sift together potato starch and meal in separate bowl.
    Make a paste of cocoa and water.
    Add to wet ingredients. Mix well.
    Add sifted ingredients.
    Mix gently.
    Pour into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or if cupcakes, 12 minutes.
    Yields 16 squares or 48 mini cupcakes.
