Quick Cheese-Garlic Biscuits - cooking recipe

2 c. buttermilk baking mix
2/3 c. milk
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Mix the baking mix, milk and cheese until a soft dough forms; beat for 30 seconds.
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake about 10 minutes until lightly brown.
Mix butter, garlic powder and parsley.
Brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.
Makes 12 biscuits.
