Rock Cakes(Great Britain) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick (4 oz.) butter and/or margarine
3 to 4 oz. sugar (1/2 c.)
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 level tsp. baking powder
milk (for mixing)
1 c. raisins (traditional)
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream fat and sugar; beat in the eggs.
Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix in coconut, raisins and fruit.
Mix with milk to dropping texture.
Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie tray.
Cook in a moderate oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
