Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed beef
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 (15 oz.) can Italian plum tomatoes, crushed
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3/4 can water
    4 carrots, cut into large pieces
    4 potatoes, quartered
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat in small amount of oil in Dutch oven. Add onion, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.
    Simmer until meat is almost done, at least 1 hour.
    Add carrots and simmer 30 minutes.
    In a cup, mix together ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and a little stew broth and mix well.
    Add this to stew; mix well.
    Add potatoes.
    Simmer until potatoes are done and to desired juiciness.
