Vermont Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large loin pork chops
    10 saltines (four section size)
    1 large onion
    1 green pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper (optional)
    milk
Preparation
    Place pork chops, trimmed not too closely and seasoned, in ovenware container.
    Grind saltines and onion and cut and seed green pepper.
    Add milk to ground mixture or until mixture just sticks together.
    Spread on top of each pork chop and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour or until chops are tender.
    Time depends on thickness of chops.
