Pear Relish(Very Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. ground pears
    2 c. ground onion
    6 green bell peppers, ground
    6 red bell peppers, ground
    2 small hot peppers (red)
    1 medium jar chopped pimentos
    4 ground pickles (sweet, dill or bread and butter; I use dill)
    3 tsp. dry mustard
    1 qt. red wine vinegar (you can use any wine vinegar)
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 c. sugar (1 1/2 white and 1 1/2 brown)
Preparation
    Remove seed from all fresh peppers.
    Mix all ingredients and stir well.
    Bring to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
    Cook 25 minutes.
    Have hot sterilized jars ready.
    Pack relish in hot jars and seal.
    Process 5 minutes.
    Makes 7 pints.
