Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    pinch of salt
    unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Scald milk and mix the slightly beaten eggs, sugar, nutmeg, vanilla and salt.
    Stir the milk gradually into egg mixture.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake until knife blade comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
    Use unbaked pie crust.
