Pagach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 pkg. Fleischmann's dry yeast packets or 2 cakes
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
    4 c. unsifted flour (preferably unbleached flour)
Preparation
    This pagach dough recipe will make two pagach using a 15 x 10-inch cookie sheet.
    Simply double the amounts of the ingredients for four pagach, etc.
