Japanese Fruit Pie(Heritage Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 stick butter (softened)
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 unbaked pie crust (9 inch)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, salt, eggs, vinegar, coconut, pecans, and raisins until smooth.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 40 - 45 minutes until set in center. Cook at least one hour before cutting.
    Makes 1 pie.
