Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 half chicken breasts
    2 green peppers
    1 medium onion
    1 can peeled and sliced tomatoes
    1 pkg. Lawry's fajita mix
    corn or flour tortillas
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Cut chicken, green peppers and onion into strips.
    In 1 tablespoon oil, saute green peppers and onion until soft.
    Remove from pan.
    Saute chicken until cooked.
    Cover with fajita mix that has been dissolved in 1/4 cup water.
    Replace green peppers and onion and stir.
    Add can of tomatoes.
    Serve with warm tortillas and cheese.
