Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. Rudy's hot sausage
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Shred cheese and mix with the other ingredients until well blended.
    Roll into small balls, about the size of a teaspoon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes until brown.
    If not brown enough, turn on broiler for approximately 2 minutes.
