Harvard Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. cooked, diced beets
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar; add water and vinegar.
    Cook over low heat until thickened; add salt and butter, then diced beets.
