Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal (self-rising)
    2 eggs
    1 c. canned corn
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 to 3 small jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix ingredients, adding cheese last. Pour into greased baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
