Apple Crunch Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. strawberry gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. cold water or apple juice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
    1 c. chopped apple
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water or juice and cinnamon and chill until thickened.
    Fold in apple, celery and nuts.
    Spoon into mold or bowl.
    Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Makes 5 cups or 10 servings.
