Ground Beef And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. wild rice
    1/2 c. regular rice
    3 c. boiling water
    6 Tbsp. onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. bacon fat
    2 cans sliced mushrooms and liquid
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 c. chopped parsley (optional)
    2 bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over rice.
    Let stand 15 minutes and drain. Brown onion in fat; add meat and brown.
    Combine all ingredients. Let stand in casserole overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Yield:
    12 servings.
