Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 can each: mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 small onion
    1 small green pepper
    1 pkg. nacho cheese Doritos
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Boil chicken.
    Skin and bone chicken.
    In a large bowl, combine mushroom soup, chicken soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes, onion and pepper.
    Stir until well blended.
    Add chicken and mix well.
    In a baking pan, layer Doritos, chicken mixture and cheese.
    Repeat until all ingredients are used.
    Pour 1/2 cup of chicken broth on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
