Beef Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 small garlic clove
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. mushrooms
    2 lb. beef chuck or round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
    3/4 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. paprika
    dash of cayenne red pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
    3 c. hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    Melt shortening in a large skillet.
    Add meat, onions and garlic; cook and stir until meat is brown and onions are tender. Stir in catsup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, paprika, mustard, cayenne pepper and 1 1/2 cups water.
    Cover; simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
