Cream Cheese Beef Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fine noodles
    12 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 bunch green chopped onion
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. sugar
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Stir together cream cheese, sour cream and onion. Spread on noodles.
    Brown beef; add pepper, sugar and tomato sauce.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Spoon beef mixture on top of noodles and cream cheese layers.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 if the mixture is freshly assembled.
    One hour if mixture has been refrigerated. Makes 9 to 12 servings.
