Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. whole wheat flour
    2 lb. white flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 oz. yeast
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 1/2 pt. warm water
Preparation
    Crush yeast and sugar together; add warm water.
    Add 1/4 of the total amount of the flour to the yeast mixture.
    Cover and leave in a warm place to set (about 1 hour).
