Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large peppers
    12 oz. ground turkey
    1 c. finely chopped onions
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. cooked Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. fat-free egg
    1 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cut peppers in half lengthwise.
    Remove seeds, blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes.
    Drain.
    Brown turkey, onions and oregano.
    Stir in rice, Parmesan, eggs and 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Stuff in peppers.
    Arrange in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with remaining tomato sauce.
    Microwave 12 minutes.
    Rearrange peppers once during cooking.
    Serves 4.
