Beer Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheeses, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, softened
1/2 c. beer
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a heavy-duty zip top plastic bag. Push air out of bag and seal.
Knead bag with hands until mixture is blended and of spreading consistency.
Serve with bagel chips. Yields 2 1/4 cups.
