Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken or pieces
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 carrot, cut up
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Drain, reserving 2 cups broth. Cool, debone and cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    In a long baking dish, layer chicken, eggs, carrots and peas.
    Spread undiluted soup over this.
    Pour the 2 cups of broth over layers. Melt margarine in a small bowl.
    Stir in flour, then milk.
    (Will have some small lumps.)
    Spoon this over the layers in the baking dish.
    Do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until golden brown.
    Makes 8 to 12 servings.
