Pork Chops And Minute Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
1 1/3 c. water
1 (11 oz.) can corn (whole kernel)
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 Tbsp. dried minced onions
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
dash of salt
dash of pepper
3 or 4 pork chops
1/4 c. fine, seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

In separate bowl, place 1/4 cup fine, seasoned bread crumbs, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and 1 tablespoon margarine melted.
In medium pan, put rice, water, undrained corn, carrot, onion and thyme. Bring to a boil and stir in soup.
Put this in a rectangular baking dish.
Salt and pepper three or four pork chops.
Put these on top of rice mixture.
Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove foil and sprinkle on bread crumbs. Cook until done.
