Pan Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat, browned and drained
    6 servings cooked Minute rice
    1 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    12 corn tortillas (small)
    2 cans enchilada sauce
    1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Heat together enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.
    Layer as follows in 9 x 13-inch pan:
    6 corn tortillas (dipped in the enchilada sauce), hamburger meat, rice, half of the cheese, 6 corn tortillas (no need to dip these), enchilada sauce and cheese. Cook in 425\u00b0 oven until cheese melts and browns (approximately 30 to 40 minutes).
