Shipwreck Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes (3/4-inch dice)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 to 1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 can tomato soup
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
Preparation
    Layer first 4 ingredients in 2-quart deep casserole.
    Add seasoned salt and pepper (optional).
    Mix 1 can of water with tomato soup and pour over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Pour kidney beans (undrained) over top for last 10 minutes of baking.
