Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium size can sauerkraut
1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni (curls)
1/2 lb. bacon (small pieces)
1 medium size onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Saute bacon and onion together and drain.
Place sauerkraut in bottom of casserole (unwashed).
Add the macaroni curls, bacon, onion and cream of mushroom soup.
Stir gently. Bake 1/2 hour. Serves 4.
