Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lamb
chopped onion
1 can chili beans or equal amounts of pinto beans
1 can prepared enchilada sauce
1 pkg. corn tortillas
grated cheese
lettuce
Preparation

Brown lamb and onions.
Drain off excess grease.
Add beans and enchilada sauce.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into sheet cake pan lined with tortillas.
Top with tortillas and cover with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through and cheese is melted, 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with lettuce.
