Fat-Free Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices fat-free bread
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 small cartons Egg Beaters (equivalent 6 eggs)
    2 c. skim milk
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Tear bread in small pieces and put in 2-quart baking dish sprayed with Pam.
    Combine rest of ingredients except cinnamon. Pour over bread.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Put dish into a 9 x 13-inch pan filled with 1 1/2 to 2 inches water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes (until knife inserted comes out clean).
