Potato-Cheese Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. milk
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant mashed potatoes
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Bring water, butter and salt to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in milk and potatoes. Cool slightly. Beat in eggs, Cheddar cheese and cayenne until well blended. Turn into well-greased 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and puffed.
