Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box manicotti
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
    parsley (optional)
    1 large jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Pour 1 to 2 cups of sauce over bottom of large baking dish. Combine rest of ingredients and stuff shells with pastry tube. Pour remaining sauce over shells and top with a little grated Mozzarella.
    Cover with foil and bake until hot and bubbly at 350\u00b0.
