Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Work together with enough milk to make a stiff dough to roll out thin.
    Leave to dry on both sides. Cut into strips and drop into boiling meat broth.
    Cover and cook 15 minutes.
