Sweet 'N Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless pork steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. paprika
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    15 1/4 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained (reserving 2/3 c. liquid)
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 green pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    1 small onion
    4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In a large skillet over medium heat, melt shortening.
    Add pork steak.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Brown well.
    Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
