Ingredients
    3 large cans minced clams
    2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
    1 diced large red bell pepper
    1/2 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (clams with juice, do not drain). Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
