Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope low calorie orange flavored gelatin
    1/2 c. low calorie crushed pineapple
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. pineapple juice (ice cubes to make 1 1/4 c.), remove unmelted ice after Jell-O thickens
    1 carrot, grated
    1 stalk celery, chopped fine
    1/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add cold water or juice with ice to make 1 1/4 cups. After Jell-O is syrupy, add pineapple, celery, carrot and raisins. Each 1/2 cup serving equals 25 calories.
