Ingredients

4 medium onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings (2 c.)
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. plain croutons
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

In 2-quart casserole, cook onions in margarine on High 8 to 10 minutes or until onions are very tender, stirring once.
Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Cook, covered, on High about 8 minutes.
Spoon into bowls.
Top each serving with croutons and cheese.
