Zucchini Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    6 c. sugar
    1 pkg. pectin
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. jello (apricot or orange)
Preparation
    Peel and grate zucchini.
    Add lemon juice.
    Simmer for 1 hour. Add sugar, pectin and pineapple.
    Bring to boil.
    Boil 6 minutes. Add jello.
