Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. butter
    dash of salt
    3 c. sugar
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Melt chocolate, butter and salt together in a double boiler. Add sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring after each addition.
    Add milk, a little at a time, until well mixed.
    Can serve hot over ice cream or put in container in refrigerator and cool to serve cool over ice cream.
