Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 finely minced garlic cloves
1 minced onion (medium)
1 (29 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 lb. Italian sausage or meat balls (if desired)
Preparation

Saute the onion and garlic in the oil.
Then add cut up toamtoes.
Add salt and pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes, uncovered. Add remaining ingredients and cook covered for 20 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
