Cold Cucumber, Sour Cream Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large cucumbers
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped fine
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 tsp. dill
salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel, slice in half lengthwise and de-seed the cucumbers. Sprinkle generously with salt and let sit for 30 minutes.
Rinse cucumbers in running water to remove salt and pat dry.
Slice cucumbers into 1/8-inch slices.
